Kaleb grew up in Alabama, the son of a Southern Baptist minister, which instilled in him a strong foundation of faith and community. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University, where he founded and served as president of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Auburn University Student Chapter. His early experiences shaped a passion for construction and design, leading him to his current role as Director of Pre-Construction at MG+A.

Kaleb lives in Hoover with his wife Brittany and their three children, Max, Ford, and Wells. He is deeply involved at Hunter Street Baptist Church where he has been a member for over 30 years and serves as a deacon and on the Ministry Development Team.
